Description
This is a collection of data of Chlamydomonas reinhardtii suspension confined in 2D cylindrical compartments, where aggregation might form depending on the compartment geometry and light intensity. The experiments are performed at different light intensities, and mostly under red light (671 nm), but there are datasets that include other wavelengths. In addition, the data are split in two categories: steady state and dynamic. Steady state are expeirments that a suspension has been under the specific ligt conditions for a prolonged amount of time, while dynamic shows the recording as the aggregation forms after the light has been switched.
