Multi-track music recording for use in virtual acoustic environments
Description
This recording of the piece "On a clear day" written by Klaus Schell was performed by the jazz ensemble Jazzoline [1] on Februar 11th, 2002 at Pianohaus Rosenkranz, Werkstatt, Oldenburg, Germany. All tracks were recorded with spatially separated spot microphones, however, all sources except the guitar amplifier were placed in the same room, resulting in crosstalk ratio of approximately -6 dB. An example stereo downmix (jazzclub.flac) rendered with the virtual acoustic simulator TASCAR [2] is also provided (jazzclub_hrtf.tsc).
