Description
The code solves the Boltzmann Transport Equation in the presence of electron-phonon scattering to study the excited state dynamics in the conduction bands of BSTS topological insulator.
The simulation details are given in the main text of "Phonon-Mediated Excited State Decay in High Energy Unoccupied Bands of the Topological Insulator Bi_1.5 Sb_0.5 Se_1.3 Te_1.7."
