Type deposition. USNM.
Type data. Free larva collected on a black plate, Malaysia, Kedah State, Sungei Teliang, in NE part of state.
Hosts. RODENTIA: Maxomys surifer, Menetes berdmorei; SCANDENTIA: Tupaia glis.
Distribution. Malaysia, Thailand.
