Type data. Ex Erythropitta macklotii (syn. Pitta macklotii), Papua New Guinea, Baiune.

Hosts. AVES: Ailuroedus melanocephalus, Alcedinidae gen. sp., Colluricincla harmonica, C. megarhyncha, Erythropitta macklotii, Meliphaga notata, Microeca sp., Myzomela obscura, Origma murina, Oriolus flavocinctus, Podargus strigoides, Stomiopera flava, Tregellasia leucops, Xanthotis flaviventer.

Distribution. Australia, Indonesia, Papua New Guinea.
