Type data. Ex Berylmys bowersi (syn. Rattus bowersi), Malaysia, Pahang State, Jeriau, nr. Fraser’s Hill.
Hosts. RODENTIA: Berylmys berdmorei, B. bowersi; SCANDENTIA: Ptilocercus lowii.
Distribution. Malaysia, Thailand.
