Description

Historical inventory of wind power projects in Vietnam, updated 2021-01-14.

Number of records = 434.

Rows with non-empty investment costs: 111

Each record describes a wind project phase. The table includes projects at all stages of the lifecycle. Some have been mentioned years ago, and are now of historical interest only. All records have a reference source.

Fields: Station, Owner, Location, Province, Location type, Status, Capacity (MWp), Investment (million $), Wind Plan lot #, Date approved, Investment Licence, Construction start,  date, Expected COD, Actual COD, Note, Sources

This release updated with projects in MOIT Letter 10052 and UBND Binh Dinh letter 6826.

Notes

The notebook also includes summary statistics and cost / capacity regression analysis. Dataset assembled from public sources, can be reused according to the license specified below.
