Description
A data set of ATP-competitive and allosteric inhibitors of human protein kinases with mechanisms of action confirmed by X-ray crystallography is provided. Data were acquired from the Protein Data Bank (PDB) and the KLIFS, ProfKin, ASD, and ChEMBL databases, curated, and organized. The composition of the data set is detailed in the accompanying readme.txt file.
