Description
Matlab scripts and data associated to the study "Reading Tapes Backwards: A Legitimate Approach to Saving Time and Money in Digitization Projects?" accepted for publication on Applied Sciences. The scripts implement a feature used to quantify the distance between different readings of the same magnetic tape. The CSV file contains the distances calculated for each frame of each file of the audio dataset. The audio dataset is not public and can be eventually requested directly to the authors.
