Description
FIGURE 5. Phylogenetic relationships of Heterorhabditis isolates DH7, DH8 and CH21 based on the analysis of the D2D3 region of the 28S rDNA. The percentage of replicate trees in which the associated taxa clustered together in the bootstrap test (10.000 replicates) is shown next to the branches. Branch lengths indicate evolutionary distances and are expressed in units of the number of base differences per site.
