Description
- In the functional pre-processing pipeline, EDDY has been modified to support the new versions of FSL.
- Some SetUpBRCPipeline.sh file is added to the repository as an example file to setup the pipeline in our internal clusters like Chilli, Pepper, and Augusta.
- A bug is fixed in the diffusion pre-processing pipeline when you use FSL 6.0.3.
