Methods of state regulation of agroholding activities

The subject of the study is a set of methods of state regulation of agricultural holdings.
The purpose of the study is to analyze the methods of state regulation of agricultural holdings.
Research methods. The monographic method, analysis, method of comparison and generalization
of data are used in the work.
Results of work. The article clarifies the essence and types of methods of state regulation of
agricultural holdings. It is established that the importance of ensuring state regulation of agricultural
holdings is confirmed by the need to control the excessive concentration of resources without linking
them to solving the problems of rural areas. It was found that holding structures in the agricultural
sector of the economy carry out their activities on a legal basis, but some areas of their activities require the establishment of regulations. It is determined that the administrative methods of state
regulation of agricultural holdings are implemented through regulatory and controlling means. The
classification of organizational methods of state regulation of agricultural holdings is carried out.
Economic methods of state regulation of agricultural holdings are considered.

Conclusions. The results of the study suggest that state regulation of agricultural holdings should
be based on administrative levers aimed at ensuring food security, creating a level playing field in the
agricultural sector and organizational, which are maximally aimed at monitoring, statistics, business

holdings to address issues of rural development.
