Measurement. BL= 1.93–2.33 mm; FBL= 1.06–1.33 mm; HL= 0.29–0.39 mm; HWE= 0.48–0.61mm; HWT= 0.43–0.62 mm; EL= 0.10–0.15 mm; TL= 0.12–0.22 mm; ETR= 0.68–0.80; PNL= 0.30–0.33 mm; PNW= 0.51–0.61 mm; PNR= 0.54–0.58; ABDW= 0.50–0.60 mm.

Description. Body yellow-brown, head and elytra dark, shining.

Male: Head (Fig. 6–1C) near rectangular, slightly narrower than pronotum. Clypeus convex, glabrous, anterior martin nearly straight. Epistomal suture with lateral portions running backward to level of anterior margin of eyes. Front of head bordered by fine ridge. Post-ocular furrow marked, not reach the base of head. Disc smooth and without punctures, depressed at anterior 1/3, with coarse furrows laterally, middle sulcus straight and deep carrying depression on each side. Temples dilated, with big punctures, about 1.5 times as long as eyes. Eyes big. Occipital furrow complete and curved forward. Antenna filiform, VI-X with basal ridges.

Pronotum (Fig. 6–1D) trapezoidal, broadest at near 1/2, convex in middle, with big coarse punctures and furrows. Mid-longitudinal sulcus straight and deep, with two shallower and broader paramedial sulci and two para-lateral depressions close to lateral margins. Posterior angles obtuse. Sides running continuously. Elytra with punctures and longitudinal furrows. Abdomen without puncture.

Sternite VII (Fig. 6–1G) with posterior margin slightly emarginate and carrying long setae laterally, unmodified; Sternite VIII (Fig. 6–1H) with posterior margin broadly bi-emariginate and carrying long setae laterally, obtused angulate in the middle, slightly beyond lateral angles posteriorly.

Aedeagus (Figs. 6–1J–L, 6–2A, B, D) oval, inflated at base and shortly narrowing to apex; apical orifice large and ventral orifice crescentic. Parameres (Figs. 6–1M, 6–2C) arm-like, closely situated, broad and flat at apex 1/3; with large seta at middle of ventral edge on each piece.

Female. Head (Fig. 6–1E) narrower than pronotum (Fig. 6–1F), with coarse sculptures. Temples not dilated, as long as eyes. Posterior angles of pronotum distinguishable. Sternite VII with posterior margin almost straight and unmodified. Sternite VIII (Fig. 6–1I) with posterior margin produced, broadly and obtusely triangular. Spermatheca (Fig. 6–1N) with base bulb-like, with apical part clavate and slightly curved.

Distribution: China (Guangdong, Hong Kong, Sichuan, Chongqing).
