Description

Rhamphomyia (Holoclera) nigripennis (Fabricius)

Empis nigripennis Fabricius, 1794: 407. Type locality: “Dania”, Denmark.

Material examined. SERBIA: Crni Vrh Mt., 43.407°N 22.587°E, 800 m, 1–7.vii.2015, N. Vikhrev (1 ♂, ZMMU).

Distribution. Palaearctic: Europe: Austria, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Georgia, Germany, Great Britain, Hungary, Ireland, Lithuania, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the Netherlands.

Remarks. First record for Serbia.
