Colchicum autumnale Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 1: 341. 1753.
"Habitat in Europae australioris succulentis." RCN: 2620.
Lectotype (Mathew in Jarvis & al., Regnum Veg. 127: 36. 1993): Herb. Burser III: 70 (UPS).
Generitype of Colchicum Linnaeus (vide Hitchcock, Prop. Brit. Bot.: 148. 1929).
Current name: Colchicum autumnale L. (Liliaceae / Colchicaceae).
