Description

Cineraria palustris (Linnaeus) Linnaeus, Species Plantarum, ed. 2, 2: 1243. 1763.

"Habitat in Europae caespitosis, aquosis." RCN: 6365.

Basionym: Othonna palustris L. (1753).

Lectotype (Jeffrey & Chen in Kew Bull. 39: 284. 1984): Herb. Linn. No. 1000.13 (LINN).

Current name: Senecio congestus (R. Br.) DC. (Asteraceae).
