Description

Argemone armeniaca Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 1: 509. 1753.

"Habitat in Armenia." RCN: 3849.

Neotype (Kadereit in Edinburgh J. Bot. 50: 127. 1993): Tournefort, " Papaver orientale, hypecoi folio, fructu minimo" (BM).

Current name: Papaver armeniaca (L.) DC. (Papaveraceae).
