Description
Lithospermum arvense Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 1: 132. 1753.

Lectotype (Kazmi in J. Arnold Arbor. 52: 356. 1971): Herb. Linn. No. 181.4 (LINN).
Current name: Buglossoides arvensis (L.) I.M. Johnst. (Boraginaceae).
