Current name: Cytisus arboreus (Desf.) DC. subsp. baeticus (Webb) Maire (Fabaceae: Faboideae).
Note: Talavera & Salgueiro (in Anales Jard. Bot. Madrid 57: 213. 1999) wrongly regard this and Cytisus patens L. (1774) as homotypic.
