Gentiana amarella Linnaeus, Species Plantarum 1: 230. 1753.

Lectotype (Gillett in Ann. Missouri Bot. Gard. 44: 249. 1957): Herb. Linn. No. 328.32 (LINN).
Current name: Gentianella amarella (L.) Börner (Gentianaceae).
