Azimuthal Anisotropy Measurement of Neutral Pion and Direct Photon in √sNN = 200 GeV Au + Au Collisions at RHIC-PHENIX

In this thesis we perform v₂ measurements of neutral pion and direct photon discussing the properties of hot and dense medium which are generated by heavy-ion collisions, in √sNN = 200 GeV Au+Au collisions at RHIC, PHENIX. The measured v₂ of direct photon is well described with v₂ = 0 at p_T > 6 GeV/c, indicating that most of direct photons are emitted from initial hard scattering of partons, which should have zero v₂.
