TYPE DEPOSITORY: author’s personal collection.

TYPE LOCALITY AND HABITAT: Erwin, Tennessee, USA, on punky hardwood log. NOTE: this species is tentatively maintained in this genus, until further studies provide better information on its correct placement (see Moraza & Lindquist, 2011: 21).
