Open source image registration: the elastix toolbox.

Elastix is a widely used toolbox in medical image registration, which is the process of  exactly overlaying (parts of) two or more images, such as CT or MRI scans. This is needed for further analysis such as for example segmentation.

This project involves multiple ways to make elastix more accessible, make research done with elastix better reproducible and integrate elastix with other software tools and packages.
