MGMT promoter methylation and IDH mutation detected in 301 patients with GBM
Description
The datasets had listed the information of IDH mutation or wildtype at c.395G>A and MGMT promoter methylation status in 301 samples with GBM.
Notes
Variant_Classification of each sample was shown in the datasets of IDH1 status sheet. Variant_Classification was based on cDNA_Change(c.395G>A is for missense_variant,c.395G>G is for wild_type). MGMT promoter_CpG was detected by pyrosequencing and was displayed in the datasets of the MGMT promoter status sheet. The samples were considered MGMT promoter methylated with average methylation of >10% in MGMT promoter_CpG.
