Description

In vitro mortality of H. contortus L3 treated with hydrolyzable tannin extract (HTE). Larvae showing movement were considered alive; larvae that did not show perceptible movement even under the most intense light exposure of the microscope were considered dead. The movement of L3 from each well was videotaped directly from the culture plates using an inverted microscope

Video S1: Control larvae, Video S2: Larvae treated with 2 mg/ml of HTE for 24 h, Video S3: Larvae treated with 100 mg/ml of HTE for 72 h.
