Poster presentation describes aims and objectives of the EUROAGEISM H2020 project and ESR7 project and pilot results from the Czech data collection in Czech seniors in ambulatory care and acute care (Sept 2018- January2019). It summarize outputs of prescription of cardiovascular potentially inappropriate medications in seniors and aspects of ageism (poster presentation in Czech language).
