The quantitative research report and dataset. The report was created upon the request of the University of Rzeszow within the research project From dialog to deliberation. Non-public actors as (non)present participants in local decision-making, financed within the framework of the Programme DIALOG by the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Republic of Poland, in the years 2018-2020 (project no.
