Description
ABSTRACT
Dry tropical forest is one of the most impacted ecosystems in Colombia and rapid methodologies to delimit potential scenic landscapes frequently intervened by the agricultural and mining activities are necessary. The applied methodology in this study is the Jaccard classification analysis with a matrix comprising 48 sites of interest in 8 municipalities belonging to the Upper Magdalena Province in Cundinamarca. 8 sites with scenic interest were selected according to National Sustainable Biotrade Program criteria 2014 – 2024 and focal criteria derived from the potential ecotourism of the colombian municipalities.
