Design requirements of the app for bridging communication between a Deaf patient and healthcare personnel

These design requirements were part of the findings from Co-design Activity 1. They were derived based on the ideas drawn by health professionals and Deaf participants, including suggestions regarding mobile-interface design from two renowned design guidelines of Hoober’s and Berkman’s (2011) and McVicar’s (2012).
