Ações autorais em mediação: um estudo sobre processos criativos através da apropriação no Instituto Inhotim

A presente dissertação trata sobre ações desenvolvidas de modo autoral por educadores, no âmbito das práticas educativas em museus. Essa prática, de forma semelhante à criação artística, se dá por meio da apropriação de diversos fatores que tornam possível a autoria do educador, em um processo de reescrita. A pesquisa permeia as etapas e modos envolvidos no processo de criação dessas ações, de maneira teórica e prática. A teoria é levantada por meio da discussão da autoria em mediação, das tensões existentes entre as relações de poder envolvidas no meio artístico e a partir de analogias entre o processo criativo do artista e o processo criativo do educador. A prática, por meio de pesquisa de campo no educativo do Instituto Inhotim, com a análise das ativações realizadas no Instituto. As ações autorais em mediação cultural funcionam como uma das estratégias dentro do contexto educativo, dentre os vários modelos existentes, que, guiadas pela liberdade e valorização do trabalho do educador e no respeito ao público como fruidor autônomo, dotado de conhecimentos e corresponsável por seu aprendizado, podem ajudar a superar alguns problemas enfrentados no campo da mediação cultural em exposições de artes.

The present thesis deals with actions developed in authorial mode by museum educators, within the scope of educational practices in museums. This practice, similar to the artistic creation, occurs through the appropriation of several factors that make possible the authorship of the museum educator, in a rewriting process. The research permeates the steps and modes involved in the process of creating these actions in a theoretical and practical way. The theory is raised through the discussion of authorship in museum education, the tensions existing between the power relations involved in the artistic environment and from analogies between the creative process of the artist and the creative process of the museum educator, and the practice through field research in the museum’s educational services at institute of Inhotim, with the analysis of activations proposals carried out in the institute. The authorial actions in cultural mediation act as another strategy within the educational context, among the various existing models, which, guided by the freedom and appreciation of the museum educator's work and respect for the public as an autonomous enjoyer, endowed with knowledge and co-responsible for their learning, can help to overcome some problems faced in the field of museum education in art exhibitions.
