This contibution aims to understand the concept of human dignity in Francisco Suarez, S.J., especialli in his commentaries to the De Ultimo Fine Hominis and De Bonitate et Malitia by Thomas Aquinas. Through Suarez words, it is possible to understand what are the responsibilities of human being in the world and how she/he may exercise powers and will in the prepolitical and politica spheres.
