Description
With this deliverable, we want to provide a guide that helps research infrastructure managers to develop a communication strategy for their own research infrastructure. We provide recommendations for both developing and implementing a communication strategy for research infrastructures. We outline step-by-step how to draft a strategy document providing explanations on the different contents it should include such as communication aims, stakeholder analyses and the key aspects to consider when developing a targeted communication plan.
