If any material from this repository is used to conduct original research leading to published work. please cite the Zitovsky and Love 2019 paper instead of this repository. This repository contains the Supplementary Methods section as well as the Supplementary Figures and Tables section of Zitovsky and Love 2019.

EDIT: For the second simulation in the Supplementary Methods, the true parameters for the first 100 genes are beta0=0, beta1=1.1 (not beta0=0.5, beta1=0.75)
