Peculiar velocity (VPEC) sign changed in public data versions: DES-SN3YR_LOWZ, Foundation_DR1, and CSPDR3. These changes correspond to SNANA code changes. Redshifts zHD & zCMB do not change; only the VPEC sign convention has changed. 2020-11-03
