Supplementary Figure 1. Kallisto Native Pipeline. The Kallisto native pipeline is written in BASH and calls Kallisto to perform indexing of the transcriptome, RNA-seq pseudo-mapping and quantification and for Sleuth to perform differential expression analysis.
