Changes since v2.1:
- Multiple additions for analyses presented in the associated manuscript: plotting scripts, doubleFAST scripts and post-processing scripts.
- Addition of code for benchmarking of tracking and division detection performance on microcolony data.
- Overhaul of the Division Detection module to allow automation of the division detection threshold. Now just one free analytical parameter!
