This dataset and code run the necessary methods for the manuscript titled: "Substrate-dependent fish have shifted less in distribution under climate change. Substrate-dependent fish have shifted less in distribution under climate change" published in Nature Communications Biology. In order to run the code, you need to request data from https://oceanadapt.rutgers.edu/. The download is free, I just don't have permission to publish their data. Software needed is Rstudio and R.
