Description
This update fixes a bug which was introduced in v0.4.47 and resulted incorrectly generating the SNP database used for (amongst others) base recalibration.
For the changes to take effect, please remove the "ref" folder and re-run the "test" option, as detailed: https://github.com/roland-rad-lab/MoCaSeq#tldr (Explicitly pull rolandradlab/mocaseq:0.4.53)
