Description
We provide MATLAB implementation for spike detection and complexity analysis of fungi's electrical activity. The implementation was done in R2020a version. The dataset contains 6 experimental setups, each has 5-16 recording channels with the minimum and maximum logging times of 60.04 and 93.45 hours, respectively.
