Numbers and lowercase letters indicate primary setae and pores respectively. EB, egg burster; FR, frontoclypeus; PA, parietal; TP, tentorial pit. Scale bars = 0.50 mm for Fig. 1 and 0.10 mm for Figs 2–3.
