This is the code and processed data associated with the paper "Sources of Variation in Cell-Type RNA-Seq Profiles" (to be updated once published), all details are explained in the paper. If you use the data, please cite that paper instead of the Zenodo doi. The data is a collection of B and T cell RNA-Seq samples, both from bulk and pooled single-cells. Proper citations for the original data can be found in the paper.
