Description
stella is a python package to create and train, or use pre-created, convolutional neural networks to identify flares in TESS (Transiting Exoplanet Survey Satellite) 2-minute data. In its simplest form, stella takes any light curve and returns a probability light curve, which contains information on which cadences are identified as part of a flare. The paper describing the methods can be found here on the arXiv.
