stubbsda/synarmosma: Improved Homology Class

This release contains significant improvements to the Homology class, eliminating the scripted use of GAP in favour of the optional use of the PARI library for computing homology, along with better nomenclature for the domain over which the homology is being computed. This release also contains some minor documentation improvements and the elimination of a std::system call from the unit testing program, replaced with a C++17 std::filesystem function.
