Changes in data analysis after first manuscript revision:

• Change the treatment effect to the between-group comparison at 12-month post-bariatric surgery
• Change covariates used in the linear mixed models and mediation models
• Include analyses of muscle strength variables and daily high impacts
• Use mediation models in the primary analysis (intention-to-treat approach)
• Add number of daily high impacts as mediator variable in the mediation models
• Change effect size of treatment effect to Cohen's d
• Compute partially standardized indirect effect as effect size for the mediation models
• Keep only analyses of the bone mineral density variables in the secondary analysis
• Drop tests for between-group differences at baseline
• Extract number of high impacts per training session and compute descriptive statistics
