Quantifying the effects of Prairie depressional storage complexes on drainage basin connectivity

These are the files used to do the simulations in the paper "Quantifying the effects of Prairie depressional storage complexes on drainage basin connectivity".

The following folders are included:

code - R notebooks that carry out the simulations and plots the figures in the folder. 

Copula_fit - an R notebook for fitting the copulas to the depression areas and their catchment areas

data - data files used by the models

In addition, the notebooks require the use of the model WDPM. The source code is available at
