You can use this template as a checklist in order to cross-check the administrative requirements and provisions against the applicable national law. This document is designed for a joint tender (‘joint PPI’), that is supposed to follow the national law applicable in the Lead Procurer’s country, as well as for coordinated tenders (‘coordinated PPIs’), that are supposed to follow the different applicable national legal frameworks. Note that the lead procurer has a less prominent role for coordinated PPIs than for joint PPI. In the case of joint PPI, there is only one joint PPI request for tenders launched. In the case of coordinated PPIs, there are several separate PPI requests for tenders launched by the individual procurers in the buyer's group.
