Heart scarabs from Egypt
Description
The image shows some of the heart scarabs exhibited at the Egyptian Museum of Torino. A heart scarab is an oval, scarab artifact dating from the ancient Egypt. As an amulet, it accompained the mummy to have a good result during the weighing of the heart, being balanced by Goddess Maat, of Justice, Truth, and Order.
