The concept of the "weak side" of credit relations and the principle of equality of participants in the civil process

The article analyzes the problem of actual inequality of participants in credit relations and the possibility of recognizing one of the parties as a “weak side”. The conditions and consequences of recognizing a weak side in various types of credit relations are highlighted in the following research.
