Description

Please refer to the methods section of the paper for more detailed explanations. In summary:

  • chuv_imaging_dataset_annotation.xlsx: table containing imaging assays available for each sample and histologic patterns present.
  • he_images.zip: high-resolution images of FFPE sections stained with H&E and acquired at 20x magnification.
  • ttf1_images.zip: high-resolution images of FFPE sections stained with TTF1 and acquired at 20x magnification.
  • if_images.zip: high-resolution images of FFPE sections assayed with multicolor immunofluorescence (markers: CD20, CD4, CD8, CD68, Ki67) and acquired at 20x magnification.
  • dsp_data.zip: two tables containing Digital Spatial Profiling (DSP) counts for 60 regions of interest (ROIs) x 58 markers, normalized with ERCC controls and with ERCC controls + nuclei counts; a table with annotations for each ROI.
  • all_snapshots.zip: low-resolution snapshots of all images uploaded in this repository (H&E, TTF1, immunofluorescence - with all 5 colors together and with each color separately), with histologic pattern boundaries drawn on the images; immunofluorescence snapshots of DSP ROIs and their position on each slide.

Color code for histologic pattern boundaries: grey = normal, blue = lepidic, sea green = papillary, orange = acinar, red = solid.
Color code for immunofluorescence channels: cyan = CD20, blue = CD4, yellow = CD8, red = CD68, green = Ki67.
Color code for DSP snapshots: sea green = CD3, red = CD45, yellow = CD20, blue = DAPI
