Dataset for "Comparing Neural Network Based Segmentation of Cardiomyocytes from Different Histology Data"
Description
This dataset contains the trained UNet TensorFlow network, the raw (tiled) histology images, and input and output inference data. The data was used for the work presented at the ISMRM Workshop on Machine Learning in 2018.
